It was necessary for me to go to Cedars this morning because of a slight discrepancy in an unpaid bill. I was ready with all my documentation and went to meet the Business Manager, Xiomara. what a lovely, knowledgeable and kind woman! She explained everything to me satisfactorily and I made the small payment adjustment and was on my way in a matter of minutes! An experience I was dreading turned out to be wonderful. I say congratulations to Cedars Assisisted Living for hiring the right person for this important position. And a special thank you to Xiomara! Also a shout out to Kelci, and MJ for all of your hard work, Thank You!
As an outside Clinician visiting this facility, I was immediately impressed with the courteous professionalism, and cleanliness of Cedars. Everyone was helpful, and appeared kind to the many happy, and well cared for residents. A Special Memory Care unit was immaculate, and stimulating with Music and conversation by the devoted Staff. This place is a Gem!
My mother has pre dementia. I researched and visited several elder care facilities and ended my search at this location.
My mom now loves the place. I especially like the care she receives from the daily caregivers and the energetic activity coordinator. The management person I interact with is attentive. The dining room staff are friendly and cooperative. Good food with several options.
This is a great place to be, I’m great ful for the opportunity to love these residents & their staff, the director Candace really knows this busisness, 5 stars to you Cedars assisted living!
So far this is the best assisted living I’ve found! Great environment and friendly staff.. The food has improved and the residents here like to have fun and participate together in activities. I do have to say the place is always out of rooms because it’s high demand but you can always check for availability and rates.
Lower rates compared to other assisted living facilities. Caregivers are nice and very caring to the residents. A lot of the residents seem content there. They allow pets. Salads served at every meal. Sugar free desserts offered. They have activites and outings. Nice outdoor patio and side garden. Nice residents.
